Handling & Packaging Standards

All cards and sets are handled with extreme care and prepared specifically for high-value collectibles.

Unless a product listing explicitly specifies a different binder or shipping method (e.g., Southern Islands binders or specialty packaging), cards are secured in side-loading binders and/or sleeves to minimize movement and prevent edge, corner, or surface damage.

Orders are professionally packaged, wrapped in protective materials (including bubble wrap), and shipped in snug, rigid packaging to prevent shifting during transit.
Processing, Dispatch & Pre-Orders

Most in-stock orders ship within 1–2 business days of cleared payment unless otherwise stated on the product listing.

Pre-order items have an estimated fulfillment window of 30–45 days from the date of purchase. This timeframe is an estimate and may vary based on sourcing, consolidation, and quality control requirements.

Orders containing pre-order items may ship together once all items are available unless otherwise specified.

We are based in Florida, United States. U.S. federal holidays may delay processing or carrier transit times.
Shipping Method (U.S. Orders)

U.S. buyers receive free USPS shipping with an estimated 2–5 business day transit time.

Transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Shipping method may vary based on order value, size, insurance, or signature requirements.
Tracking, Order Updates & Delivery Confirmation

Order confirmations and shipping updates, including tracking information, are sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Buyers are responsible for checking spam/junk folders if order confirmations or updates are not visible.

Most high-value orders require signature confirmation upon delivery.

Delivery is considered complete once the carrier’s tracking confirms “Delivered” to the address provided by the buyer and/or a signature is recorded.
Liability After Delivery

TradingCardSets.com LLC provides shipping options as a convenience to buyers.

Once an item is marked as delivered by the carrier to the correct address, TradingCardSets.com LLC is not liable for loss, theft, damage, or misplacement.

No refunds or replacements will be issued for items confirmed as delivered, including theft occurring after delivery.

Buyers must contact the shipping carrier directly to investigate delivery issues. We may assist with carrier claims when possible but are not responsible for carrier errors.
Buyer Responsibility for Address Accuracy

Buyers are solely responsible for ensuring that their shipping address and contact information are accurate and complete at checkout.

Orders returned due to incorrect or insufficient address information, refusal, or failure to receive the package are not eligible for refunds.

Returned items may be reshipped within 7 days of receipt, subject to payment of additional shipping costs by the buyer.
International Shipping & Customs (Non-U.S. Orders)
Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

All customs charges are the buyer’s responsibility. These fees are not included in product or shipping prices and are paid directly to the buyer’s local authorities.

Buyers are responsible for understanding and complying with their country’s import laws and regulations.
Customs Delays, Seizures & Returns

TradingCardSets.com LLC is not responsible for delays, seizures, destruction, or returns caused by customs authorities.

If an item is seized, destroyed, or returned due to customs issues, no refunds will be issued.

If an item is returned and the buyer requests re-shipment, all additional shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
Non-Refundable Shipping Outcomes
No refunds will be issued for:

Packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

Theft or loss after confirmed delivery.

Incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the buyer.

Failure to pay customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

Packages refused, abandoned, or destroyed by a carrier or customs authority.
