TradingCardSets.com LLC liability to the customer is limited to the price actually paid for the product. By ordering from this website, customers agree to release TradingCardSets.com LLC and its agents, officers, and employees from any liability associated with the purchase or use of our goods and services, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
No Returns, No Cancellations, No Refunds
All sales made through TradingCardSets.com and any associated sales platforms are final.

Orders may not be canceled once placed. Orders may not be modified unless TradingCardSets.com LLC explicitly agrees to do so in writing and at its sole discretion. Approval of any modification does not create a right to future modifications, refunds, or cancellations.
Product Images & Condition Disclosure

Many product images displayed on the Service are stock photos or representative images.

Unless specific photos are requested and provided prior to purchase, images may depict similar sets previously sold in comparable condition, not the exact items that will be shipped.

Condition ranges are disclosed in the product description.

By completing a purchase without requesting specific photos, the buyer acknowledges and accepts representative imagery and the disclosed condition range.
Failure to request photos or clarification prior to purchase does not constitute grounds for a return, refund, or chargeback.
Shipping & Delivery Liability
TradingCardSets.com LLC offers shipping options as a courtesy to customers.

Once an item is marked “Delivered” by the carrier to the address provided by the buyer and/or signed for, delivery is considered complete.

TradingCardSets.com LLC is not liable for loss, theft, damage, or misplacement after confirmed delivery.

No refunds or replacements will be issued for items marked as delivered.

Buyers must contact the shipping carrier directly to investigate delivery issues. We may assist with claims but are not responsible for carrier errors.
If an order is returned due to incorrect address information, insufficient contact details, refusal, or failure to pay customs fees, no refunds will be issued. Re-shipping may be available for up to 7 days at the buyer’s expense.
Pre-Orders
Pre-orders are purchases of items not yet in inventory.

Pre-orders may require full or partial payment at checkout.

By placing a pre-order, the buyer authorizes TradingCardSets.com LLC to immediately begin reserving, sourcing, and allocating inventory.

Pre-orders are non-cancellable by the buyer once placed.

Once a pre-order ships, it is considered fulfilled and is not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund.

If a pre-order has not shipped within 60 days, the Company may, at its sole discretion, review the order and determine an appropriate resolution. This does not create an automatic right to cancellation or refund.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute does not cancel an order and does not entitle the buyer to retain merchandise.

In the event of any chargeback, payment dispute, or forced reversal, the buyer is required to return all merchandise in full, including all contents originally shipped.

Chargebacks resolved in the buyer’s favor are financial determinations only and do not transfer ownership of the goods.

Failure to return merchandise after a chargeback resolution may be pursued through documentation, collections, carrier claims, and/or civil remedies where permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company’s total liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the buyer for the product. In no event shall the Company be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in such cases, liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
“AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” Disclaimer
The Service and Goods are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, except where prohibited by law.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Before pursuing formal legal action, buyers agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting the Company.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
