Return & Refund Policy

All purchases made through TradingCardSets.com and any associated sales platforms are final.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.

Orders cannot be modified after purchase.
Any request to modify an order (including, but not limited to, swapping sets, upgrading products, or changing configurations) must be submitted in writing to tradingcardsetsofficial@outlook.com.
Order modifications are not guaranteed and are approved solely at the discretion of TradingCardSets.com LLC.
Approval of a modification does not create a right to future modifications, refunds, cancellations, or exchanges.
If a modification is approved, additional payment may be required and fulfillment timelines may be adjusted accordingly.

Many product images used on TradingCardSets.com are stock photos or representative images.
Unless specific photos are requested and provided prior to purchase, product images may depict similar sets previously sold in comparable condition, not the exact cards that will be shipped.
Card condition ranges are disclosed in the product description.
Buyers may request additional photos or clarification before placing an order.
By completing a purchase without requesting specific photos, the buyer acknowledges and accepts the use of representative imagery and agrees to the stated condition range.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute does not entitle the buyer to retain possession of the merchandise.
In the event of any chargeback, payment dispute, or forced reversal, the buyer is required to return all items in full, including all contents originally shipped.
Failure to return merchandise after a chargeback resolution may constitute theft of goods and may be pursued through carrier claims, payment processor documentation, collections, and/or civil remedies where applicable.
Chargebacks resolved in the buyer’s favor are financial determinations only and do not override ownership rights to the merchandise.
Buyers must provide valid tracking and confirmation of return shipment when required.

Refunds will not be issued for buyer’s remorse, misunderstanding of condition, failure to request photos prior to purchase, or dissatisfaction with condition that falls within the disclosed range.
Orders confirmed as shipped and/or delivered are not eligible for refunds.
Chargebacks submitted without first contacting us may be actively contested using listing descriptions, disclosed condition ranges, representative images, correspondence, tracking data, signature confirmation, and delivery records.

While returns and refunds are not offered, we may, at our sole discretion, explore alternative resolutions on a case-by-case basis.
Contacting us does not guarantee a refund, return, replacement, modification, or chargeback reversal.

By purchasing from TradingCardSets.com, the buyer agrees to this Return & Refund Policy in full, including chargeback and return obligations.
